MURFREESBORO -- The Cascade Champions hit the road on Tuesday night, traveling to Murfreesboro to face the Middle Tennessee Christian Cougars. The Champions never slowed down from the game's opening drive as they cruised by the Cougars 28-8. Following the death Wednesday of Cory Phillips, who wore No. 5 during his football-playing days at Cascade High, Champion sophomore Hunter Calvert gave his No. 5 jersey to Phillips' cousin, Logan, to wear in his memory during the 2014 season.
