A native of Bedford CMarilyn Maxine Baker, aged 71 years, of Shelbyville TN, passed from this life on April 30, 2024, at Vanderbilt-Bedford Hospital in Bedford County. Marilyn was born on November 15, 1952 to the late Max and Mary Elizabeth Adcock Cunningham. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Mary “Lindy” Melinda Farrar; and sister, Linda Huffaker.
She is survived by her son, David Lee Baker, Jr of Shelbyville; grandchildren, Eldie Lee Farrar, Jr., and Jenna Lynn Farrar; 3 great grandchildren; and sisters, Donna Edens, and Shirley Carroll both of FL.
The family chose cremation and no public services will be held. Doak-Howell Funeral Home is serving the family.
