Mrs. Annie Lou Darden, age 85, passed away Friday, October 20, 2022.
Public viewing will be 4-6 p.m. Tuesday, October 25 at Nelson & Sons Memorial Chapel, 824 Lipscomb St., Shelbyville. Services will be at noon Wednesday, October 26, at Woodfork Chapel AME Church, 1011 Lipscomb St., Shelbyville, Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Fairfield Cemetery.
She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, James McKinley Darden, Jr.; daughter, Jennique Robinson; son, Malcolm C. Darden; grandchildren, Taurian (Tiffany) Darden, Chrisean Robinson, Kelan Robinson, Courtney Jones and Alika Darden; sisters-in-law, Yvonne (James) Metcalf and Amaryllis (Elder Samuel) McDonald; brother-in-law, Kenneth W. Darden; along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
