Senior right-hander Sarah Margret Housch was in total control in the circle, scattering four hits with three strikeouts and two walks in seven innings of work.
Hannah Burks, Alyvia Smith and Jaliegha Harris accounted for the Eaglettes' hits.
Kate McKamey reached on an error and later scored for Shelbyville Central in the bottom of the first.
The Eaglettes then added a pair of runs in the third frame when Smith led off with a single and scored off a single by Jaleigha Harris.
Harris then scored off a passed ball.
Columbia Central crossed the plate in the first and fifth innings.
The Eaglettes faced Coffee County on Friday night in the double elimination tournament.
