Janie Demonbreum’s Cascade Lady Champions were honored at their postseason banquet last Thursday night by TSSAA for their excellence in the classroom this academic year.

Their academic success was tangible, as the team as a whole had a GPA of 3.72. They also were honored for each player and manager having at least an individual GPA of 3.50.

This punctuates a successful second season on the hardwood for Coach Demonbreum that saw the Lady Champs both win double-digit games and reach the Region Semifinals for the first time since 2018/19.
