The Jan. 25 meeting of Four Corners FCE was called to order by President Linda Bailey, with 8 members present.
Devotion was given by Louise Armstrong. The call to order, "I Am
January" was read by Charlene Judd.
An educational program, "Load up Your Digital Grocery Cart," was given
by UT/TSU Extension Agent Whitney Danhof. The program included pointers about food shopping online and Danhof revealed that 52% of people today buy groceries online. She also gave a demonstration and recipe for making hot chocolate bombs.
End of year reports were completed. Business County Council
meeting in January was discussed.
Club member demonstrations included a needlepoint pillow by Linda Mathews
and a needlepoint picture by Connie Smith.
The next meeting is 6 p.m. Feb. 22 at the extension office.
