The Eaglettes (5-4, 1-2) took control early and never looked back, building 28-12 lead at the end of the first quarter.
Freshman Paige Blackburn scored 13 of her game-high 24points in the opening frame.
She finished the game with four 3-pointers.
Shelbyville Central increased the lead to 45-19 by halftime and led 53-26 going into the fourth quarter.
Kendall Dearing added a dozen points while Jaleigh Harris and Kelsey Harden contributed 11 point apiece.
Madisyn Partin led Franklin County with 11 points.
