If Monday's Murfreesboro Invitational was any indication of the Webb School's ability on the golf course, this season could be a memorable one for the Feet.
In the boys' competition, Webb finished second out of 12 teams, falling only to team-winner Brentwood, who closed the tournament with a 288 final team score.
Webb finished the day with a 307 and was led by Conner Brown's round-low 73.
Eli Brown finished a stroke back at 74, while Andrew Reeves finished his day with a 78.
Noah Brown and Preston Hall both shot an 82 to round out the varsity scores for Webb.
Oakland took third in the tournament, but finished well off Webb's second-place score with a 321.
In the girls competition, the Lady Feet were led by Kennedy Clarkson's 94.
The team shot a 219 and Caroline Burrahm finished off her day with a 125.
Webb will return to action on August 5 and will take on MTCS.
