Mrs. Crick passed away peacefully Sunday morning, Aug. 7, at her home surrounded by her family.
Pauline was born in Shelbyville on November 28, 1937, to the late Cad Huston Prosser and Corrie Blessing Prosser. She worked as a secretary for the late Dr. Nathan Thomas, DVM, for many years, then in her later years worked at National Pen, and was a faithful member of Eastview Baptist Church. She loved to take care of animals, was a very giving person and was a blessing to anyone that knew her.
Along with her parents, Pauline was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Crick, in 2008; brothers, Fred Avery Prosser, Franklin Dewey Prosser, and Cad Huston Prosser Jr.; and a host of nieces, nephews, sisters- and brothers-in-law. The family would like to give a special thank you to Hospice Compassus for their care in these last days of Pauline’s life.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Bedford County Humane Association, P.O. Box 391, Shelbyville, TN 37162.
Doak-Howell Funeral Home is serving the family.
