Security video shows a man breaking into a vehicle at a Jordan Avenue home and taking a Garmin GPS and $6 in change shortly after midnight Wednesday morning, a Shelbyville Police Department report said,
The man was wearing a white hoody and damaged the driver’s side lock to enter the vehicle. The vehicle had been locked, police were told.
