A May 14 wedding is planned for BriAnna Nichole Johnson and Donald Ray Perdue III, both of Shelbyville, who recently announced their engagement. The wedding will be held at Cascata Springs in Lewisburg.
She is the daughter of Steve and Anna Johnson of Shelbyville. She is the granddaughter of the late Leonard and Anna Johnson, Doris Mutus of British Columbia, Canada and the late Mitchel & Shirley Smith. The bride-to-be graduated from Shelbyville Central High School in 2011, and Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro in 2016, with a double major in psychology and sociology. The bride-elect is employed by Centerstone's Healthier Beginnings for Coffee County in Tullahoma.
The groom-elect is the son of the late Donald Ray Perdue II and Tammy and Billy Jacobs of Shelbyville. He is grandson of Shirley Biggerstaff of Ecorse, Mich., and the late Daniel Biggerstaff, the late Charles Buck and Linda Kish of Taylor, Mich., and Oma Jacobs of Shelbyville.
He is a 2010 Shelbyville Central High School graduate and joined the U.S. Marines in 2011, serving 6 years. The future groom is a deputy for Bedford County Sheriff's Department.
