Funeral service for Judy Smotherman Agee, age 77 of Shelbyville will be held at 12:00 noon, Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Calvary Baptist Church with Pastor Jeff Faulk officiating. Burial will follow in the Willow Mount Cemetery. Mrs. Agee went to be with the Lord Sunday, December 20, 2020, at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital.
Visitation will be held prior to the funeral service starting at 10:00 a.m. at the church.
Family requests that masks be worn and social distancing practices be implemented during all services.
A native of Bedford County, Mrs. Agee was born October 1, 1943, to the late Clarence and Louise Smotherman and was preceded in death by husband, John Agee.
Survived by daughter, Lisa (Harvey) Martin; son, Ryan Parsons; and brother, Stanley (Darlene) Smotherman, all of Shelbyville, Tennessee; grandchildren, Chase (Megan) Martin of Murfreesboro, Tennessee and Hannah (Will) Landers of Madison, Alabama; Haustin and Hamilton Parsons; and great-grandchildren, Liza, Ginnie Kate and Emmett Martin, and Charlotte Landers; also several nieces and great nieces.
