Kenneth Lee Terry, 65, of Shelbyville, passed away Sunday, August 20, 2022, at his home, under the loving care and comfort of his family and Hospice Compassus.
Funeral services will be 12 noon Saturday, August 27, at Depot Street First Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive visitors Friday, August 26, 2022, at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel, and again one hour prior to service Saturday at the church.
He was born December 12, 1956, in Fayetteville, to the late Jesse Lee Stewart and Cliffie R. Jones. He was employed with Stanley Tools up until they closed, and then drove a truck for PFG and Bedford County Highway Department, until failing health forced him to retire.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Forrest Rose.
Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Melody McMahon Terry; a son, Kameron Terry; daughters, Venus Clark and Nichelle Terry; sisters, Patti Rose and Shelli Jones; grandchildren, Jazmin Clark, Brandon Evans, Kelcie Evans, Sidney Porter, Sabrinah Terry, and Malaki Terry.
Feldhaus Memorial Chapel is assisting the family with the arrangements.
