Marlene Crouch West, 83, of Shelbyville, died November 17, 2024, at The Waters of Shelbyville.
Funeral services were held 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 20th, at Hillcrest Funeral Home with Jerry Neal officiating. Burial followed at Wheel Cemetery. Visitation began at 11:00 A.M.
She was a native of Bedford County; former employee of Worth Manufacturing of Tullahoma and a member of Christian Chapel Church of Unionville.
Marlene was a "Mama Aunt" to many, a loving, caring person who never knew a stranger. She was a loving mother and best friend to her children and grandchildren.
Marlene was preceded in death by her parents, William Buford Crouch and Rhoda V. Pinkston Crouch; her husband of 38 years, William Claude "Tudy" West; a granddaughter, Alexandria France; son-in-law, Rex Haynes; sisters, Virginia Flippo, Billie Sue King; brothers, James William Crouch and Russell Crouch.
She is survived by her children, Angela Haynes of Shelbyville, Janice (David) France of Unionville; sisters, Betty Jo Batten of Chapel Hill, Marie Cothran of Fairview; grandchildren, Brittany Haynes, Matthew France, Laney France, Michael Haynes (Ashley), Heather (Nathan) Brandon and 7 great grandchildren.
