Martha Ann Hazelwood, 83, of the Flat Creek Community in Williamson County, died Tuesday, April 6, 2021. She was the grandmother of Brad (Heather) Beard of Wartrace.
Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Friday at Lawrence Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Rogers officiating. Interment will follow in Crutcher Cemetery in Williamson County.
Visitation with the family will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday.
