KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Middle Tennessee's NCAA tournament run ended with a 4-0 loss to No. 16 Duke.
It was a back-and-forth battle in doubles play on all courts until the No. 7-ranked duo of Cooper Williams and Theo Winegar broke through against Karim Al-Amin and Ondrej Horak, winning 6-1. The clinching point came on Court 3, where Kacper Szaymkowiak and Shu Matusoka fell to Remy Dugardin and Gerard Planelles Ripoll, 6-4.
The Blue Devils carried their doubles success into singles play, sweeping the Blue Raiders on Courts 3, 4, and 6 to secure the 4-0 victory and end Middle Tennessee's season.

Six in a Row: The Blue Raiders won their sixth consecutive Conference USA title this season, defeating Liberty 4-0 in the championship match.
17th Appearance: This season marked the Blue Raiders' 17th all-time appearance in the NCAA tournament and their sixth in a row.
36th: Middle Tennessee achieved a season-high ranking of No. 36 in the country by the ITA.
