The event attracted 92 participants, bringing the Murfreesboro community together and helping raise money for the men's tennis program. Among those in attendance were Mayor Shane McFarland, Ashley McFarland, John Jones, and former MTSU standout Chris Edge.
 
In addition to participating in the event, Ashley McFarland and John Jones served as the title sponsors through their respective companies, Ashley McFarland Aesthetics and John Jones Real Estate.
 
Coach Borendame expressed his appreciation for the community's support in making the event a success.
 
"Thank you to our sponsors and participants for such a huge success!" Borendame said. "This event was awesome, and we appreciate all the support. I cannot say thank you enough to Sean and Amy Thompson, as well as Eric and Alice Clements. We have been preparing this event for months, and they made it a hit. Thank you!"
