has filed a petition against you for dependent and neglect and
for change of legal custody of MARIO GARICA REYES, DOB:
03/23/2007. It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be
served upon because your whereabouts are unknown. You are
hereby ORDERED to appear in Bedford County Juvenile Court on
the 16 th day of December, 2024, to answer this. If you fail to do
so, a default judgment will be taken against you pursuant to Rule
55 of the Tenn. R. of Civ. P. for the relief demanded in the Petition.
