Coffee County scored multiple runs in all five innings and collected 11 hits while holding the Eaglettes to only two hits.
Mary Alice Shavers and Hannah Burks each singled in the bottom of the fifth inning for Shelbyville Central.
Kaitlyn Davis blasted a pair of home runs while Justus Turner added a double and single for the winners.
The Eaglettes (1-2, 0-1 8AAA) travel to Lincoln County on Wednesday night for a district matchup.
