Sally Ann Couch, 73, died Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at her residence in Unionville.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Sunday, October 4 at Gowen-Smith Chapel with Pastor Martin Nutter officiating. Burial will follow in Crowell’s Chapel Cemetery.
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Saturday and beginning at noon Sunday. Masks are required during the visitation and the funeral service.
