Larisa has a 4.0 GPA and a numerical average of 4.0. The AP and dual credits include 3 AP world history; 4 AP 2-D art and design and pre-calculus. Some of her artwork was featured recently at the Fly Cultural Arts Building during a special exhibit.
The daughter of Juan Enrique Rincon Sosa and Georgina Molina Vazquez, she plans to attend Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro.
"I would like to be a film director . . . screenwriter," she said recently while practicing for graduation at SCHS.
The SCHS grad is the recipient of several scholarships, including the Bob and Mary Lynn Prince Scholarship.
Larisa graduated Saturday night with a geometry average of 100.57 and academic excellence in Art 1. She was also the recipient of the Presidential Award for Outstanding Academic Excellence.
She has been a member of the Art Society for four years.
Larisa's community service work includes one year at St. William Catholic Church as catechism teacher and three years as a Vacation Bible School volunteer.
