Suspect scans items at less than value

A man identified by Shelbyville police as Phillip Coleman, no age or address available, was scanning items at less than their actual price at the Walmart self-checkout Thursday, a report indicated.

Coleman was issued a summons for shoplifting and told not to return to the store.

The following were charged since Wednesday by the Shelbyville Police Department, Bedford County Sheriff’s Office, Tennessee Highway Patrol or 17th Judicial District Drug Task Force. They are only charged; guilt or innocence will be determined by the courts.

•Kenneth Lee Currier, 30. U.S. 41A North; no driver’s license, false imprisonment, domestic assault, failure to appear; held, $5,000 bond

•Douglas Gene Dodson, 49, Wheel Road; promotion to manufacture methamphetamine; held, $1,000 bond

•James L. Foy, 37, Anthony Lane; theft of property; burglary; released, $5,000 bond

•Pablo Lucas Gaspar, 30, Bridlewood Drive; driving on revoked license, driving without a license, license to be carried, hands-free law, financial responsibility, registration to be carried, seat belt law; released, $1,500 bond

•Everaldo Lopez Godinez, 19, Railroad Avenue; license required, running stop sign, financial responsibility, seat belt law, registration to be carried; released, $1,000 bond

•Bryan Mark Holland, 51, Knights Campground Road; driving on suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia; released, $1,500 bond

•Cajun Cane Kemp, 25, Manchester; probation violation; released, $500 bond

•Shaquire Monae Leslie, 25, Shoma Drive; felony vandalism, leaving scene of an accident; released, $2,500 bond
