After a close first half, South Lincoln pulled away from Liberty in the third quarter and held on for a 43-34 victory over the Patriots.
South Lincoln outscored the Patritos 9-8 in each of the first two quarters and clung to a slim, two-point lead at the half.
South Lincoln exploded in the third quarter for 16 points, while holding the Patriots to eight, half of which came at the free throw line.
The Patriots did reach double figures in the fourth quarter, but couldn't overcome the hump and suffered the nine-point loss.
Jack Conditt led the way for the Patriots with 18 points.
