If you find this hard to believe, just look at your next paycheck stub.
If you really want to (thank) someone for these benefits, just look in the mirror and give yourself a big pat on the back.
Now, if you live to a "ripe old age" you may get your money back.
The next time a politician (gives) you something, hang onto your wallet or purse tightly and check your paycheck stub to see what that (gift) cost you, and just who you should thank.
