Allen B. King Jr., 91, of Bell Buckle died Tuesday, January 5, 2021.
Funeral Services will be held 2:30 P.M. Saturday, January 9th, at Bell Buckle Church of Christ, John Kenneth King officiating. Burial with Military Rites will follow at Old Orchard Cemetery in Petersburg.
Visitation will begin at 2:00 P.M. prior to service. Hillcrest Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Family asks that masks be worn and social distancing practiced at all services.
He was a 30-year retired life insurance agent for Liberty National Life Insurance Company; a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a member of Bell Buckle Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Allen Benton King Sr. and Annie Elizabeth Darnell King, a brother, Elmer W. King and a sister, Nina Ruth Dubois.
He is survived by his children, Allen Benton (Angela) King III of Stafford, Va., John Kenneth (Debra) King, Paul W. (Terri) King, Charles Mark (Carol) King of Murfreesboro, Parker King of Bell Buckle; brother, H. Carlyle (Bessie) King of Murfreesboro; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
