Debora Joy Volner, 64, of Shelbyville, passed from this life early Friday morning, April 1, 2022 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center after an extended illness.
A native of Shelbyville, Debora was born October 9, 1957 to the late Walter Dexmun White and Betty Lou Pollock White. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by: brother, Tony Martin; and sisters, Brenda White, Sheila Cubbedge and Janie McPheron Lopez.
She was survived by children, Danielle Volner Presley and Blake Volner, both of Shelbyville; granddaughters, Ashlyn and Kendall Presley, and Carter and Taylor Volner; brother Mike Martin; sister, Tammy Prosser; along with several nieces and nephews.
Per her request, she chose cremation and no public services will be held.
Doak-Howell Funeral Home is serving the family.
