Johnnie M. McCoy, 90, of Shelbyville died Thursday, August 25, 2022.
Funeral services were Saturday, August 27, at Hillcrest Funeral Home, Mark Pierce officiating. Burial followed at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
She was born October 22, 1931 in Williamson County; was a retired nurse’s aide at Bedford County Medical Center and a member of Horse Mountain Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Myrtle Lorraine Ivery Ford; her husband, Elmer Marshall McCoy Sr.; a son, Karl K. McCoy; sisters, Sadie Ingram, Maxine Stinson and brother, Sonny Ford.
She is survived by her children, Elmer M. McCoy Jr. (Lorraine), and Beverly Troxler; brother, Garvin Ford (Nancy); seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
