After a week's break in action, the Cascade golf teams were back on the course on Thursday afternoon in a tri-match against Cornersville and Forrest.
Keeping with recent trends, the Lady Champs notched another team win, beating second-place Cornersville by 13 strokes.
As a team, the Lady Champs turned in an 89 final score and were led by Anna Clanton's round-low score of 43.
Freshman Tatyana Greene was hot on her heels, shooting a 46.
Also competing for the Lady Champs were Kaydence Miller, Kelsey Shatley, Lani Jones and Sara Kate Hall.
Miller turned in a 63, while Hall shot a 62.
Jones finished her round with a 64, with Shatley carding a 58.
Lone Champion golfer Evan Woosley-Reed finished his round with another medalist effort, shooting a blistering 34, besting second-place finishers from Forrest, Noah Brown and Sebastian Thompson, who each shot a 44.
Cascade gets a break until September 14 when the Champion and Lady Champion golfers will play at River Bend against Grace Christian Academy.
