Mr. Ronnie Leverette, age 69, of Shelbyville, TN, died Sunday, May 9, 2021 at his home.
Born in Shelbyville, TN, Ronnie was a son of the late Virgil O'Neal and Dorothy Tillman Leverette. He worked as a heavy equipment operator, and in his spare time, Ronnie loved spending time on the lake with his family, fishing, going quail hunting, and riding horses. In addition to his parents, Mr. Leverette is preceded in death by his loving wife, Pamela Annette Leverette; brother, Johnny Leverette, and a grandson Perry Woodruff.
Ronnie is survived by his son, Ron (Summer) Leverette of Unionville, TN; grandchildren, Hunter ( Allison) Leverette of Wartrace, TN, Tyler Leverette of Unionville, TN; great-grandchild, Reese Leverette; step-sons, Woody (Carol) Woodruff of Christiana, TN, Tim (Bonnie) Woodruff of Murfreesboro, TN, Brent (Jessica) Bowling of Walter Hill, TN; step-grandchildren, Kelsey Woodruff, Dillon( Emily) Woodruff, Brayden Woodruff, Benjamin Woodruff, Brooks Woodruff, Cartwright Woodruff, Lauren Bowling, Hunter Bowling, step great-grandchild Leo Cortes; brother, Jason Leverette of Unionville, TN; sister, Pam Hirt of Shelbyville, TN; sister-in-law, Wilma Wright of Lewisburg, TN.
Visitation for Mr. Leverette will be held on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 from 12:00PM until 2:00PM at Lawrence Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at 2:00PM from the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Bro. Arthur Payne officiating. Burial will follow at Cothran Cemetery in the Rover Community of Bedford County.
