Terry Wayne Cummings, 64,of Shelbyville died Monday, Aug. 8, 2022.
Per his request he will be cremated. A gathering of friends/visitation will be held from 12 noon-3 p.m, Saturday, Aug. 20, at Hillcrest Funeral Home.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Richard Cummings Jr. and Masie Ruth Hazelwood Cummings; daughter, Amy Durard; brothers, Dwane Cole, William Richard Cummings III and Thomas Cummings.
Terry is survived by his children, Terry Wayne Durard, Olivia Dawn Barba, Erykah Barba, Jessica Barba, Jeremy Wilson; his longtime companion, Kimberly Harris; and several grandchildren.
