To the Editor:
For the past year, the board members of Circle of Friends, along with Hawkins and Price Contractors, have been diligently working to build a new Christian preschool in Shelbyville. Our new facility, on the corner of East Lane and Deery Streets, is within a week of opening.
Unfortunately, on Saturday, we had a faulty sprinkler head begin dumping water on our new classrooms. Because of the quick response by the Shelbyville Fire Department, Shift C, water damage was kept to a minimum. They went to work quickly, efficiently, and professionally to save our brand new school.
We are so blessed to have this team of professionals to serve our community. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to protect our children and staff.
With grateful hearts,
Connie Landers
Circle Of Friends Christian Preschool
