One of Shelbyville's own municipal court employees has been indicted by Bedford County Grand Jury for theft of property.

Shelbyville Police Department has released a statement that former Shelbyville Municipal Court Clerk, Lillia Torres, has been indicted by Bedford County Grand Jury for theft of property. Torres was with the SPD court for 16 years.
