Nearby employees at Templeton Insurance on East Depot Street said they did not hear the building collapse today around lunch time. They stated they're heart-broken as it was a beautiful building.
It has been reported that emergency crews have determined the building will have to come down.
Some older residents remember the building once housing a bank and the HH Department Store.
