Mr. Bobby Poteete, age 64, of Chapel Hill, TN, formerly of Nolensville, TN, died on Monday, December 5, 2022 at his residence. Bobby was born in Williamson County, TN to his late parents, Dan Patterson Poteete and Jessie Burke Poteete. Bobby was retired after working for many years in his own landscaping business. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Rufus Poteete and Herman Poteete.
Bobby was an amazing man, husband, and father. He was a “Jack of All Trades”. He was great at engineering, building and fixing anything that was needed. His greatest love was for his family.
Bobby is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Mary “Libby” Poteete of Chapel Hill, TN; son, Daniel (Michele) Poteete of Rockvale, TN; grandchild, Lilly Poteete; brothers, Larry Poteete of Franklin, TN, Danny Lee (Pam) Poteete of Nolensville, TN; several nieces and a nephew.
The family will have a Celebration of Life Service at a later time.
