Shelbyville Fire Department recently celebrated the retirement of Capt. Rob Rhodes. He has served the City and this community for 31 years. Friends, family and fellow firefighters recently gathered to share memories and wish him well. Mayor Randy Carroll made a special presentation at the event on behalf of the City of Shelbyville.
