Caroline Elizabeth Black, 35, of Maryville, died Tuesday, December 27, 2022.
Funeral services were held 1 p.m. Saturday, December 31, at Hillcrest Funeral Home, Rev. Marcus Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Jones-Haynes Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m.
She was born May 27, 1987 in Nashville. She was a cheerleader during both her Middle School and High School years and was very creative and artistic. Caroline was a member of First Christian Church of Waynesboro, Tennessee.
She is survived by her mother, Pamela Ann Phillips McDonald (Seth) of Maryville, her father, Richard Turman Black (Jennifer) of Parsons, Tn., brothers, Caleb Seth McDonald, Jared Samuel McDonald, Gabriel Joshua McDonald; step-grandparents, Gayle McDonald, Abraham and Judy Hernandez.
