Mrs. Christmas A. Wakefield, age 50, passed this life Saturday, May 30, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.
She is preceded in death by her father, Jim Holton.
Christmas embraced life with a joyful spirit and found special happiness in the Christmas season.Decorating for the holidays was one of her greatest pleasures, and she delighted in creating a warm and welcoming home for family and friends. Above all, she cherished her family and treasured every moment spent with them. A true country girl at heart, she enjoyed fishing, spending time around horses, and riding 4-wheelers.
Her love for the outdoors, her adventurous nature, and the memories she created with those she loved will be cherished forever.
Christmas is survived by her husband, Donald Wakefield, Jr.; children, Kristen Stanley (Blake), Dustin Wakefield (Kaitlyn), and Elizabeth Wakefield (Dylan Lefebvre); grandchildren, Haven Lefebvre and Hailey Lefebvre; uncle, Johnny Hartman; niece, Hannah Balderas; and other family, Debbie McClure, Melinda Easterling, and Amy Hofner.
Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday June 5, 2026 at Feldhaus-Gowen-Smith Chapel, 850 Union Street, Shelbyville, TN.
