Colleen Gayle Smith, 77, of Shelbyville, passed away November 7, 2025, at the age of 77. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Monday, November 10th, at Hillcrest Funeral Home Rev. Kenneth Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Visitation will begin at 11:00 A.M.
She was born November 12, 1947 in Nashville, TN.; a homemaker and a member of Bible Presbyterian Church.
Gayle was the daughter of the late Onie Elmer Mosley and Maude Louise Hogue Mosley and the wife of the late Wilfred Dale Smith and sister of Joe O. Mosley and Onie R. Mosley.
She is survived by a daughter, Tammie Poole (Michael) Newton of Knoxville, TN.; step-daughters, Katrina (Randall) Harden, Karen (Craig) Boyd of Beech Grove, Tn., Treetie Colvin of Mt. Juliet, Tn., 3 granddaughters, several step grandchildren, caregivers/nieces Deborah Lamb, Hope Schuler
and several other nieces and nephews.
