Funeral services for Mr. Coy J. Moulder will be held 1 PM Friday April 11, 2025, in the chapel of Doak-Howell Funeral Home with Jeff Helton officiating. Burial will follow in the Crowell’s Chapel Cemetery. Mr. Moulder passed from this life Tuesday morning in Winchester.
Visitation with the family will be held Thursday April 10, 2025, from 4-7 PM at the
funeral home.
Born on October 11, 1938, in Shelbyville, TN, Mr. Moulder was son of the late Raymond Moulder and Mattie Ruth Wilhoite Moulder. Coy was of the Baptist faith and a lifelong farmer, he served his country in the Army National Guard, then worked for the Bedford County Highway Department, then moving on to Empire Pencil where he retired. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his loving wife Margaret Ann Everett Moulder, a son; Wayne Moulder, siblings; Buford Moulder, Virginia Moulder Crabtree, and Jimmy Lee Moulder.
Mr. Moulder is survived by his children; Timmy Moulder of Franklin, TN, Wendy Moulder, of Unionville, TN, Dorthy Moulder Cantrell of Unionville, TN, Melena Green of Shelbyville, grandchildren; Keith Oliver, Devin Covington, Colton Moulder, 3 great grandchildren, a brother; Ralph Moulder of Shelbyville, TN, many nieces and nephews, bonus children; Misty Owens, and Mike Clutts.
