All it took was a small snowfall for this New England girl to join her husband's welcoming arms again. Patricia Anne Lawrence Sullivan, 88, of Shelbyville died Monday, January 11, 2021. Patricia was born August 7, 1932 in Brockton, Mass. A former employee of Sullivan's Department Store, Gowen-Smith Chapel and a faithful volunteer at Good Samaritan in Shelbyville, she always found a smile and fun for those that came into her life. She was a member of Sandwich, Masachusetts Chapter 221 Order of Eastern Star; a member of the Congregational Church in Brockton, Massachusetts; and cherished her bonds with the ladies of YaYa Hoopla Girls of the local Red Hats.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" Sullivan, and her parents George and Miriam Reynolds.

She is survived by her son, Daniel (Brenda) Sullivan of Flat Creek, daughters, Beverly Sullivan Bassham of Rock Hill, S.C., Doreen Sullivan (Rodger) Kaufman of Anderson, S.C.; a sister, Marilyn (Tim) Mather of West Bridgewater, Mass. and a brother, Jerrold (Bonnie) Reynolds of Richmond, Va.; grandchildren, Carrie White, Rebecca (Andy) Townes, Glen (Becky) Fletcher, Megan (Keith) Rawlinson, Joshua Seth (Katie) Bassham, Christina (Bill) Brown, Melissa (Pat) Lovell; great-grandchildren, Hannah and Ava Perryman, Sullivan (Sully) and Jake Townes, Glen, Blaine and Stephanie Fletcher, Jordan and Elijah Rawlinson, Isaac and Iris Bassham, Mya, Lily and Elizabeth Brown,

Celia and Griffin Lovell.

She will be deeply missed by all who were part of her life.

Private family graveside services will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. No public services are scheduled. Hillcrest Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
