Ricky Allen Ramsey, 59, of Shelbyville, died April 27, 2026.
Funeral Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Friday, May 1st, at Hillcrest Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Whitworth Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10:00 A.M.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wallace Ray Ramsey and Mary Louise Walker Chaney; brothers and sister, Ronnie Dale Chaney, Teresa Louise Starnes, Michael J. Chaney and Louis Chaney.
Ricky is survived by two sons, Ricky Allen Ramsey Jr. of Lynchburg, TN., Nicky Ramsey of Tullahoma, TN.; sisters and brothers, Peggy Ramsey Preston (Terry) of Shelbyville, Lisa Payne (Doug), Robert Ramsey of Owensboro, Ky., Crystal Robertson (Shawn) of Hartsville, Ky., Wallace Ray Ramsey Jr. (Kristie) of Indiana; nephew, Trevor Chaney (Sara), niece, Katie Sells and several other nieces and nephews.
Hillcrest Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
